A week ago visiting Harrison Lake I was fascinated by the quiet beauty of the empty lake shore on the winter gloomy day. I used acrylic limited colors to depict a special mood.

Late Spring Plein Air

In the end of May I went again to enjoy plein air work as well as hot tab at the St.Agnes Well Hot Springs. I can honestly say that this is the most spectacular backcountry road I've ever had. This time it was very windy to paint (I can hardly hold my easel on its legs!), but I've made one finished painting and couple more sketches that still need some touch ups. I'll add them later.

"The Art of Being Together" Art Show

Dear friends, my painting "Floral Wreaths" became a finalist of the Art Contest "Art of Being Together". Art Show"The Art of Being Together" is on Thursday April 3, from 5:00 - 9:00pm at the Nikkei National Museum and Cultural Centre, 6688 Southoaks Crescent, Burnaby. Tickets are $25.
